Jewel was founded in 2018 by Aishwarya Rao, a gemologist and third-generation jeweller from Jaipur. After years of watching beloved heirloom pieces lose their lustre, Aishwarya set out to create jewellery that would remain as radiant on the hundredth wearing as it was on the first.
The name "Jewel" is a Sanskrit exclamation of wonder — the feeling we want every customer to experience when they open their Jewel parcel. Each piece is individually crafted by our team of master artisans in our Jaipur atelier, using responsibly sourced metals and gemstones.
Our proprietary 7-layer anti-tarnish process — developed over three years of research — is what sets Jewel apart.
